Return and Refund Policy

At Vintage Taste, we take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality sweets, karam, and jaggery to our customers. Since our products are perishable, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards throughout the preparation and packaging process.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Return Policy

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This ensures product safety and hygiene for all our customers.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Our team will review your request, and if it meets our criteria, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the product, or
  • A refund (as per case review).

We may ask for additional information to process your claim smoothly.


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be processed if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged in transit.
  • You contacted us within the specified time frame with proof.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control.
  • Opened or partially consumed products.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email or message once the refund has been initiated.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
