We occasionally offer free shipping on promotional orders or specific minimum purchase values.

4. Packaging and Handling

All our products are freshly packed in airtight and food-safe packaging to maintain quality and hygiene.
Fragile or delicate sweets are handled with extra care to minimize damage during transit.

We currently ship across India through reliable delivery partners.
If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you to suggest alternatives or process a refund.

6. Delays and Issues

While we work with trusted courier services, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the package or take clear photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
